Driver Requirements & Benefits
Pre-Hire Requirements
- All verifications and validations are done in writing
- Must be at least 21yrs of age.
- Must have 1yr verifiable driving experience with like vehicle within a 12 month period.
- Pre Lease drug screen.
- Must have driven for 12 months over the road with a recognized motor/private carrier.

- Valid long form DOT physical with physician’s signature.
- No preventable accident(s) within the last twelve (12) months.
- Has never been tested positive for controlled substance / alcohol.
- MVR must not contain more than 6 pts in the last (3) years.
- Must be able to maintain both the JAXPORT and TWIC bages.
- Age of tractor must be 2000 or newer.
